The plan covers the prescription drugs in the formulary, if and always when:

  • ​The drugs are a medical necessity

  • The prescription is filled at a pharmacy that is part of the plan’s network

  • There is compliance with other rules established by the plan

​You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on.
