The plan covers the prescription drugs in the formulary, if and always when:

The prescription is filled at a pharmacy that is part of the plan’s network

There is compliance with other rules established by the plan

Important Message About What You Pay for Insulin
You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on.
