Supplemental Benefits

For coverage year 2027, Elite Health Plan continues to offer all the benefits of traditional Medicare, while providing supplemental benefits to help you feel your best every step of the way. We've teamed up with health-focused partners and a flexible allowance vendor to support your wellness, fitness, and lend a hand when life gets tough, and help you stay relaxed, energized, and feeling fine.

Dental

We want to help you stay healthy by giving you dental care. Elite Health Plan offers an allowance for routine, preventative, restorative
and comprehensive dental services through the
Delta Dental contracted Medicare Advantage
PPO dental network.

Flexible Allowance through a NationsBenefits®

Your allowance can be used for items and activities such as a gym membership (not a personal trainer), memory or memory fitness programs, activity tracker, hearing test, prescription hearing aids (at a discount) with exam and fittings. The allowance also allows
for the purchase of eligible OTC health and wellness products (including hearing aids) through the Plan’s OTC catalog and other Plan-approved purchasing channels. If you are eligible and qualify, you can also use the allowance for groceries.

Hearing

You can use your NationsBenefits® Flexible Allowance to obtain a hearing test, prescription hearing aids (at a discount) with exam and fittings. The allowance also allows for the purchase of OTC hearing aids).

Vision

You will receive an annual allowance for routine vision which will be provided
through the NationsBenefits® network of
providers. This includes routine eye exams,
lenses and frames. Contact lenses can be
obtained instead of glasses.

Over-the-Counter

Your flexible allowance can be used for the purchase of eligible OTC health and wellness products (including hearing aids) through the Plan’s OTC catalog and other Plan-approved purchasing channels.

Transportation

As a valued Elite Health Plan member, your transportation benefit will be coordinated through NationsBenefits®. This benefit provides you with Transportation to and from medical appointments and other approved medical locations.

Groceries (Healthy Food and Produce) 

​Members who qualify for the Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI) and who are validated by their provider,  can use the Debit Card allowance to purchase healthy food and produce items.
