Meals
If you have just had surgery, have been hospitalized, or someone who is caring for you, we have something that should help. We can arrange to have prepared, home-delivered meals brought to your doorstep during recovery. Meals are made with nutrition in mind and help support you during recovery.
How It Works

You qualify for meals immediately following surgery or inpatient hospitalization for a period of time

Your doctor will need approval from Elite Health Plan before this service can be provided

Once you are approved:

You’ll receive two meals a day for seven days, delivered directly to your home

This benefit is unlimited throughout the year, based on a surgery or hospitalization event
