Hearing Aids
At Elite Health Plan, we know that good hearing is a big part of staying healthy and enjoying life. That’s why our plans* include a special hearing aid benefit through Audicus. Your hearing benefit includes hearing aids for a copayment based on the hearing aid you choose, and a hearing test from the comfort of your own home.

How It Works
Visit the Audicus website listed below to get your hearing aids:

In the middle of the page on the website landing page, there will be steps to be taken to get the hearing aids you choose in the mail.

Submit a required form with important information to Audicus

A member of the Audicus audiology team will reach out to you within 48 hours

A hearing specialist will instruct you on the hearing test (in the comfort of your home) or allow you to send a hearing test if you have already had one

The specialist will help you find the right product for you

When you’re ready, you can purchase your hearing aids. You will have a copayment for each aid (one for each ear)

You’ll receive your hearing aids in the mail within 3-5 days
