Dental

We are pleased to welcome you to the Delta Dental plan for Elite Health Plan. We want to help you stay healthy by giving you dental care. It’s important to visit the dentist regularly to prevent issues — not just when something hurts. Seeing your dentist often can help stop problems before they start. We do provide you with care when issues may arise.

How It Works 

You can visit the Delta Dental website listed below to:

  • Find a dentist near you

  • Learn about your dental plan

  • Download a coverage guide that explains what services are paid for and how much they cost

 

Before you get dental work done, it’s a good idea for your dentist to check with Delta Dental to make sure the service is covered by your plan. If you have questions, Delta Dental has a special phone number (see below) for members of Elite Health Plan. You can call them directly to get help. Delta Dental will also send you a separate ID card for you to use when you choose your dental provider and go to their offices.
