Introducing our OTC catalog  showcasing multiple OTC items available to you.  Your OTC benefit allows you to purchase medications, health and wellness items, and first aid supplies, with home delivery at no additional cost.  This benefit is exclusively for members of Elite Health Plan. Use your quarterly allowance to order from an extensive variety of over-the-counter items featured in the OTC catalog.

Take advantage of this benefit and ensure your allowance is fully utilized each quarter. Please remember that any remaining OTC quarterly allowance cannot be rolled over to the following quarterly.

 

Our OTC offering include a broad selection: first aid supplies, analgesics, vitamins and minerals, antacids, first aid creams and ointments, laxatives, smoking cessation aids, and more. These OTC items are accessible for order via our OTC member portal or simply by dialing 1-855-824-2021, TTY: 711.

What is an Over the Counter (OTC) item?

Over-the-counter (OTC) products do not require a prescription. Elite Health Plan provides its members an Over-the-Counter (OTC) program that makes ordering non-prescription products quick and easy at no cost to you.

How to Order:

Order products that your need with your OTC Benefit today.

Visit elitehealthplanbenefits.com  and place an order. (Active starting 1/1/2026).

Phone

Call 1-855-824-2021 (TTY: 711) and speak with a OTC specialist, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please have your item number ready when you call. (Active starting 1/1/2026).

NOTE: For delivery, please allow 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Order Guidelines:

If your order total exceeds your OTC benefit amount, credit cards are accepted to cover the remaining balance. You must use all your benefit funds before we can  accept other forms of payment.

 

Your order total will be applied to the quarter in which the order is received. Orders must be placed prior to midnight Eastern Standard Time of the last day of the quarter.

  • Quarter 1: January 1 - March 31

  • Quarter 2: April 1 - June 30

  • Quarter 3: July 1 - September 30

  • Quarter 4: October 1 - December 31

 

This benefit is intended for members only. Medicare does not allow this benefit to be used for your family or friends.

These products are intended for personal use. For this reason, we don’t allow returns or exchanges. Please call within 60 days of placing your order if:

  • You haven’t received your order.

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

Applicable sales tax will be added to the order total and deducted from your  available balance.
