At Elite Health Plan, we know that good hearing is a big part of staying healthy and enjoying life. That’s why our plans* include the ability through your Flexible Allowance to purchase prescription hearing aids (at a discount) with exam and fittings. The allowance also allows for over-the-counter hearing aids through the Plan’s OTC catalog and other plan-approved purchasing channels in a retail setting.

How It Works
As outlined on the flexible allowance page, you will be mailed a Benefits Card shortly after you enroll with Elite Health Plan, along with instructions on how to activate and use it.

The Benefits Card is funded with a quarterly allowance that can be used to purchase eligible health and wellness products and services. Any unused balance will roll over from quarter to quarter through December 31, 2027, provided you remain enrolled in the plan.
